The Service helps you draft "Style" and "Lyrics" pane text intended for use with Suno, a third-party AI music generation tool. Wee Hours Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Suno or its output.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.
Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you generate an AI-polished prompt. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change for future purchases.
Don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
You retain rights to the mood descriptions and lyrics you input. Output generated by the Service is provided to help you use Suno; your rights in any resulting song are governed by Suno's own terms.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that generated prompts will produce any particular result in Suno or elsewhere.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wee Hours Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
